Anna Maria Island, Florida · Limited arrivals each season

We keep a small shop on Pine Avenue, at the quiet end of a seven mile island.

The sign says interiors, art and collected pieces, and the sign is honest: one of a kind paintings, nautical decor with a past, and furnishings that only exist once.

Every piece in here was chosen by hand, one at a time. Ask about any of them. Telling the stories is the best part of the job.

Seven miles of island, and not one reason to hurry.

Our Story

Every fishing town tells the same story

From the docks of Cortez to the coast of the Mediterranean, fishing towns share a language — weathered wood, brass hardware, linen worn soft by salt air. The Gilded Fisherman was built on the idea that these places, however far apart, are really telling the same old-world story.

Each piece in the boutique is chosen the way you'd bring something home from a trip: because it has a place, and because it has a past. Hemingway's Key West, a Bahamian beach house, an island bar cart — different coasts, one shared sense of how a room should feel.

“Old-world living, just off whatever coast you happen to be standing on.”
